Lumitect™ is a next-generation DNA testing kit based on DNA origami technology. The specific and rapid luminescent detection of DNA is made possible by the artificial enzyme 'Dozyme'.
  • The artificial enzyme 'Dozyme' is utilized for detection.
 
  • The target DNA is detected through luminescence.
 
  • Measurements can be conducted using a universal luminescent detection instrument
 
  • The testing process takes approximately 2 hours, including PCR and transcription.
